WHO WE ARE
The word "Intimate" stands for a "true friend" and a "sincere thinking partner" — someone clients can talk to openly and frankly about their problems.
We don't see a lawyer's role as simply stepping in once there's a lawsuit. We want to stand beside business owners from the very start — helping them see the full picture, make decisions with long-term consequences, and stop small issues from growing into bigger losses.
We believe good legal work means explaining the law so clients understand it — not hiding behind jargon to make things seem complicated. And we focus on finding the "way forward" that fits each client's situation.
A thinking partner for business owners and organisations
OUR PRINCIPLES
Four principles we apply to every matter we handle
01
We systematically separate the facts, the legal issues, the risks and the options, so clients understand the situation before deciding how to proceed.
02
We never promise a guaranteed win or make claims about things no one can control. Instead, we analyse the facts as they are, point out what's realistically possible and explain the risks plainly.
03
Litigation doesn't have to be the first answer to every problem. We consider negotiation, documentation, risk prevention, litigation or other options — whatever best fits the client's situation and goals.
04
Although most clients contact us once a problem has arisen, the role we value most is helping business owners manage risk from the outset — whether in contracts, transactions, employees, company structure or any decision with legal consequences.
OUR PROCESS
Because we believe clients should know where their matter stands, where it's heading and what comes next.
1
We listen carefully to your situation, goals and concerns to understand what the real problem is.
2
We break down the issues, review the documents and check whether the information matches the facts and evidence.
3
We explain the possible approaches with the benefits, limits and risks of each, so you can choose a direction with complete information.
4
Once the direction is agreed, we carry out the plan — preparing or reviewing documents, negotiating, planning the case or running the legal process.
5
We report progress regularly, so you always know what stage your matter is at and what to prepare next.
Clients should always see their options · direction · next steps clearly
